Worst site ever. Avoid at all costs!!!!
I was initially given a 1st time deposit match bonus. I was unable to play because I kept getting an error code 212/technical error.
I wrote and emailed and complained and tried all kinds of troubleshooting. Nothing was done. I was fed up. I tried to withdraw and I couldn't!
Technical error would show no matter which method I tried to withdraw from. One of the agents told me I had to drop my bonus in order to withdraw and I did. Still nothing was happening. I was upset now because not only could I not play on the site, but I also had to drop my deposit bonus AND they still have my money !!!
I have written every day and each day they would tell me someone would contact me in 24-48 or up to 72 hours and as of today it'll now take 7-10 days.
It's already been over two weeks since my complaint. I want something done about this site and how they handle their customers.

Upon deposit my money went missing
I deposited $225 yesterday morning 11/6/23 and the funds disappeared but were taken from my bank account. I was told they are aware of this issue as other gamers are experiencing the same issue.
I still have not received my money or response via email. They keep telling me their relevant team is looking into this but this isnt the first time theyve said this with no resolution in the end.
Im thinking of speaking with lawyer at this point because its not ok for them to keep doing these things to customers/gamers that spend money on their site. Also they say your VIP status because of the amount of money you spend with them however the only promotions you get is a $1 bonus each day which is ridiculous and again something that has not been addressed after speaking with them and being ignored via email.
